Ethiopian officials claim they planted over 350 million trees in an effort to restore the country’s landscape

The Green Legacy is an initiative led by Ethiopia’s Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed, and aims to restore the country’s landscape as well as reverse the damage done by deforestation and climate change.
